Informative report about privacy

Informative report in conformity with the legislative decree 196/2003 that gives orders about personal data security.

According to the article 7 of the legislative decree 196/2003, you have a right, at any moment, to get information by the person in charge on processing your data, on modality, purpose and logic applied on it, and also:

1) The confirmation of the existence of data, their communication and origin;

2) The details of the owner and the people in charge as well as the parties receiving data as people in charge or delegates;

3) The updating, correction and supplement of data;

4) The data deletion, the transformation into anonymous and the blockage in case of lawbreaking;

5) The demonstration that those receiving data have been acquainted with the operations mentioned in 3) and 4), except the case where such execution is impossible or requires a use of means that is clearly disproportionate to the protected right mentioned above;

6) The possibility to oppose: to data processing, even though they are pertaining to the purpose of collection; to data processing for trade information or market research.
